Hi Troy.

Thank you for our welcome home email. I am sitting now in 12degree "heat". I definitely know where I would rather be. Thank you for making our holiday at Island View apartments Palm Cove a holiday to remember. From the original enquiry with FNQ to our check out it was all done with ease and professionalism. Our apartment was amazing and more than lived up to our expectations. It was clean and had all the little extras that make you feel welcome. The view from our balcony was absolutely incredible and listening to the waves at night so soothing. Rebecca was very helpful and the few questions I had she was able to answer them straightaway. The holiday in all was superb. The weather did not let us down nor did the friendliness of all we dealt with. Would recommend anyone to book with FNQ. Also many thanks for allowing us a late check out on our departure day as this enabled us to change into our winter gear for arriving back in Melbourne.

Will definitely be back.

In response to your follow up email, we had a wonderful time in Palm Cove. We were only spending a short time there but the weather was perfect and the accomodation fantastic. Checking in with the Boutique Collection went smoothly and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Sea temple is a great resort ,pools were beautiful and the atmosphere relaxing - we would highly recommend it and your staff for the total holiday.

Dear Troy,

We really enjoyed staying at Palm Cove. We had a relaxing holiday mainly spending our time by the pool ( of which there were a few to choose from) . We hired a car and went to Port Douglas one day and Cairns another day. We really enjoyed Cairns, especially the Lagoon area, the boardwalk and the children's playground area. There were lots of places to eat and we enjoyed walking around Cairns.

Your help in organising this holiday was really appreciated. The accommodation was lovely. As we had the cot in the main bedroom we found it to be a bit squashy but we managed. The apartment had books, DVD's and games which we all took advantage of. We spent a few days at the Novotel Pool which the kids really liked (especially the slide) .

Hello Megan,

My sisters and I had a lovely few days break at the Island Views Apartments Palm Cove. We were very impressed with the apartment. It was equipped with absolutely everything one could possibly need. The personal BBQ was a real plus!

Our activities were very limited, as we used the time to just relax and unwind from our busy home schedule. We visited the casino, where one of my sisters had a good win on the pokies and on other evenings we either ate out at local venues or cooked on the BBQ. We even caught the bus into Smithfield on one occasion. This is the first time I have ever used public transport in Cairns and it was a good experience.

However most of our time was spent in sleeping in, reading, walking, and having a few glasses of wine in the evenings and generally catching up with one another.

We were very happy with the service provided by FNQ Apartments and will definately use you for future bookings. Everything was clearly defined in your emails and we knew exactly what to expect. You may use any comments I have made. Thankyou very much for the voucher, I'm sure it will come to good use.

If anyone asks about what activity to do, I suggest that they hire a car and drive down to Innisfail, then up the Palmerston Range and have lunch at the Millaa Millaa Teahouse. We did that in the week before we stayed at Palm Cove, and my sisters who are from Melbourne absolutely loved it. The drive is very scenic and the lunch taken on their rear deck overlooking the farmlands was just superb!

Dear Sara

We had a fabulous trip to the Far North, but unfortunately it just wasn’t long enough, next time it will be for 5-7 days.

We enjoyed a day trip to Green Island which was great, the fish and coral unbelievable, we managed to spot a couple of stingray and even a small shark.

The Daintree was beautiful very picturesque and the weather great, we called into Port Douglas on the way back to Cairns and couldn’t believe how much it had grown since we were last there 15 years ago. We spent our last day at Palm Cove and surrounding beaches which was a joy.

Our accommodation was fantastic, everything we needed was on hand and the service of FNQ was above and beyond and would recommend this to any of our family and friends, a great way of booking on the net and knowing that your get great service, thank you so much for a great 3 days.

Thanks for your email. We had a brilliant time. The weather was great, the unit was terrific and it was just the getaway that we needed! Thanks for your voucher. I'm heading overseas next week but will certainly be looking to holiday in palm cove again maybe next year when I can return from OS. I'm happy to provide the following comments for your web site....

a) your impressions of your holiday and the activities that you participated in.

Palm cove is my favourite holiday destination in the country. Sea Temple is an absolutely amazing getaway. We enjoyed a day spa, leisurely sleep ins, lounging by the pool, walks along the beach and dining along Williams esplanade. We were also close enough to Port Douglas for a day trip to the markets and mossman gorge for a swim! 10 out of 10 for a totally relaxing holiday destination and experience! I can't wait to come back.....

b) the standards and your satisfaction with our services

FNQ apartments were fantatic! We had an amazing unit and everything was organised as promised! The service provided by FNQ apartments was excellent and the rates were terrific! Ill be using them again for my next trip to FNQ! Thanks Sara and team!

Thankyou for you welcome home email – unfortunately the reality of being home from holidays is fast sinking in as I weave my way through 300 emails – however I had fully intended writing a letter to FNQ Apartments upon my return to thankyou all personally for the wonderful holiday that my husband and I had in Palm Cove.

The apartment that we stayed in which was the Amphora Palm Cove was absolutely beautiful and very spacious, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of our apartment also and our spectacular view over the swimming pool that made for a wonderful sunrise every morning to greet our day. The staff at FNQ were just lovely and not could not have been more helpful - we very quickly settled into our apartment and our new environment with their great advice and good tips

Thankyou once again for everything and look forward to returning to Palm Cove again.
