To be honest, I was somewhat anxious about the holiday as I had never booked through an agency like yours and was worried that the service at the hotel would differ. I’m pleased to say I was not disappointed. I was totally impressed and satisfied.
a) the hotel was magnificent, especially the room. The service and cleanliness was great and the location terrific. The hotel staff were fine-not overly enthusiastic but perfectly fine. I did not participate in any activities as just wanted a relaxing holiday, so cannot comment on those.
b) your service has been impeccable. Speedy, professional, personal and far exceeded my expectations and the experience I had with travel agents.
I wish you operated in other areas besides FNQ and the Gold Coast as I’d definitely utilise your service again.
